Biographie de Ysanne Spevack

Ysanne Spevack is a leading light in the international organic movement. She is editor of www.organicfood.co.uk, the Uk's premier online organic food magazine, and has written two books; 'Organic Cookbook' and the business guide 'Branding Healthy Food'. She has worked as a freelance journalist for various magazines and has acted as consultant to the food industry, advising companies including Marks and Spencer, Tesco and the Soil Association.
