Susan Visser heads up the DB2 certification program, designing multiple certification exams that cover the entire set of products in the IBM Data Management area. She has worked as a technical writer and team lead on the DB2 product for six years and also as a Level 1 Support Analyst answering customer questions regarding DB2. Bill Wong co-authored two best-selling certification guides for Prentice-Hall/Pearson Education and has written numerous articles for database trade publications. Bill bas spent years working in technical sales support for IBM database products and bas traveled around the world meeting customers to discuss their database requirements.
