Résumé

The era of privacy is over. With the proliferation of cameras, social networks, and automated surveillance systems, everyone is being watched at all times and people have begun to give in to the surveillance state. Well, almost everyone... Laurette is a young, rebellious teenager in London plotting an attack on a major government data center with a group of activists. But when the plan goes wrong, Laurette disappears, kidnapped by unknown agents.
Dissatisfied with the police's lack of progress, Adil, Laurette's brother, decides to investigate on his own. A science-fiction story that explores a future not too far from our own, tackling the issue of surveillance from both sides of the law.

À propos des auteurs

Olivier Jouvray has realized that being a good scriptwriter means knowing a little about everything. Which he certainly does-after studying communication, the humanities, and linguistics, he started his career as a photographer. He then worked as a graphic artist and web designer. In 1999, he decided to carry out a creative project of his own, so alongside his brother he formed the KCS studio. Thanks to his brother, he discovered the world of comic authors and found his calling as a storyteller.
His first comics were created in collaboration with his brother and sister-in-law, who handled the artwork and colors, respectively. Together they created the series "Lincoln" (Paquet). His ability to mix different styles has led him to undertake many other collaborations and publications, just as the KCS studio has brought together the best comics creators in Lyon. There Olivier met Fred Salsedo, with whom he created "Nous ne serons jamais des héros" (Le Lombard), followed by the dystopian series "Le Royaume des Aveugles" (Le Lombard; "Kingdom of the Blind, " Europe Comics). Born in Annecy, Frédérik Salsedo studied at the Emile Cohl School in Lyon and began his career working in animation.
He collaborated on productions like "La Prophétie des Grenouilles" (2001) by J.-R. Girerd, and in 2003 he made his debut in comics with "Art Tatum, " a jazz comic published by Nocturne. In 2005 he published a book about James Brown, also with Nocturne, and between 2005 and 2008 he created five volumes of the pirate series "Ratafia" with Nicolas Pothier at Treize Étrange. Together with Olivier Jouvray, he published the graphic novel "Nous ne serons jamais des héros" (Le Lombard, 2010), followed by the dystopian series "Le Royaume des Aveugles" (Le Lombard; "Kingdom of the Blind, " Europe Comics).
