Biographie de Seamus Heaney

Seamus Heaney's first book, death of a Naturalist, appeared in 1996, and since then ht has published poetry, criticism and translations for which he was awarded the Nobel prize in literature in 1995. He received the Whitbread Book of the Year for The Spirit Level (1996) and Beowulf (1999), and Electric Light, his most recent collection of poems, appeared in 2001.
