The country is slowly recovering from the wounds left by World War II. Transport as well as all other types of infrastructure are getting improved and the first signs of economic development become apparent. The term "expat football player" sounded really exotic at those times as most teams were basically formed by players from the areas around the team home city with very few players added from other areas mainly for the big clubs.
Within fifteen years though, all this was about to change, with clubs reaching to incredible sources looking for the enforcement of their squads!
