This blessed book explains the meaning of true happiness, which is the ultimate goal of humans in this world.  Everyone is chasing happiness, but few are fully aware of what it is and where it comes from. [Sahih al-Bukhari, No. 4948]. Shaykh Nasir al-Saadi mentions twenty-one ways to achieve the goal of finding happiness, while driving away its opposites - sadness, grief and anxiety.
