1592: Sir Robert Carey is finding life in the North more complicated and dangerous than he expected. Now somebody has stolen the entire shipment of hand-guns that Queen Elizabeth I sent to Carlisle, in a daring daylight raid. Who did it? Where are the guns now?Sir Robert sets out for Scotland - hoping to find the weapons and also perhaps meet the young Scottish King in Dumfries.
