Résumé

This book of revelations is equally relevant to all who seek either spiritual or intellectual enlightenment or both. It is for people who do not yet meditate, people who have recently started to meditate and also long term practitioners of meditation.. Everyone can benefit.  All you need is a reasonably open mind and an interest in spiritual or mental self-improvement. If you have that, at least the desire for enlightement is present.  With the desire it is much easier to be guided to the path.
When the path to enlightenment is embarked upon, and with the necessary application, it is only a matter of time before higher states of consciousness are attained.

À propos de l'auteur

Biographie de Leigh Boyton

Leigh Boyton was born in Liverpool in1949.  He worked mostly as a Production Planner and Buyer in manufacturing industry. Amongst others, he worked for four different multi-national companies.  He also experienced four redundancies and long periods of unemployment as a result. Over about a twenty year period, he put most of his energy into volunteering for various charitable and community groups promoting natural environment, health, disability awareness and community empowerment.
He is now enjoying his retirement watching football, painting, playing Bridge and Mah Jong and going to the theatre. He has had highs, but many more lows in his life.  Good friends, supportive family and Transcendental Meditation (since 1973) have pulled him through those lows. He has been, metaphorically, knocked down many times but has got up again every time.  Each time coming back stronger and more resilient than before.
An ordinary man made to feel extraordinary by his life, his friends, his family and his practice of and devotion to Transcendental Meditation.
