In a comedy of errors where neither wants to burden the other yet yearns for his presence, Philip resorts to subterfuge. The HAPPY HOUR world is set in Las Vegas, where the mysterious Sam Lake rules the bar, goes on unexplained trips, and takes orders from the mothership while Jeff and Phil's friends chime in with unwanted, well-meant opinions.
