Biographie de Perla Servan-Schreiber

Perla Servan-Schreiber est née au Maroc d'éducation juive et de culture française. Avec son mari, Jean-Louis Servan-Schreiber, elle crée le magazine Psychologies en 1998, puis CLÉS, en 2010. Elle est notamment l'auteur de La Féminité, de la liberté au bonheur (Stock, 1994), Nourrir de plaisir (Stock, 1996), Le Bonheur de cuisiner (La Martinière, 2010), Desserts, moins de sucre, plus de goût (La Martinière, 2012), et aux éditions Flammarion, Ce que la vie m'a appris (2017), Les promesses de l'âge (2018) et Les Recettes de ma vie (2019).
