À propos de l'auteur

Biographie de Teera Morava

Teera is a mother of a teenage son who lost not only his father but a close friend to suicide. Seeing the grief and struggle he has endured due to these losses inspired her to find a way to help other teens going through similar situations. She spent the last year researching grief and suicide loss along with coping skills and how to help a loved one thru it. She took all the knowledge she gained through the journey and is now the author of Finding Light in the Darkness: A Teen's Guide to Coping with Suicide Loss.
Her hope is that this guide will help teens find a way through their grief and find a way to not only cope but also reach out for help if they too are struggling with their mental health. As a mom who also struggles with mental health issues, she understands the importance of learning how to cope and asking for help. She also suffers from fibromyalgia and is working on two new upcoming self help books; Beyond the Pain: Embracing Life with Fibromyalgia and Anxiety Exposed: Understanding and Conquering the Battle Within.
Her goal is to continue to raise awareness on invisible illnesses. In her spare time you can find her reading and researching various topics, spending time with her family and planning her next adventure.
