Dr. Jade Holbrook's first day in A&E doesn't go as planned. She discovered her landlord, Callum Beresford, is also her new boss! Jade knows she hasn't made a good impression on the handsome consultant, and is aware that he is watching her every move.
When Callum comforts Jade, and tries to help her overcome her painful past, she begins to see his softer side. Until a series of incidents at work force Callum to suspend Jade.
It destroys her trust for him, but Callum is trying to protect her and somehow must persuade her that she can find safety in his arms.
