Debra Waterhouse is a dietitian and nutrition expert whose first book, 'Outsmarting the Female Fat Cell' broke new ground for women, encouraging them not to diet but to trust their bodies' food cravings. She is also the author of the fantastic 'Why Women Need Chocolate', the moving and comforting 'Like Mother Like Daughter' and now a body weight book especially for women approaching the menopause.
She lives in California.
