They soon become more than good friends, with David engaging in a sexual relationship for the first time but unexpectedly for him, with another man. A worrying development is the news that David's first encounter with Banford was filmed, as was Andy's.
With the threat of disclosure, a weapon used, both men are ordered to return for even more severe punishment, where a third school acquaintance is found stripped and ready for the birch, Banford's chosen implement for punishment. Now, having gone and feeling they had no other choice but to attend, will each witness brutal corporal punishment being administered while they watch and await their turn or is there a plan to turn the tables on a brutal sadist.
