Tiger, an international everything, wants the Skulk's help finding the creator of a drug which is said to turn normal humans into lycanthropes. Jeff's not sure he wants the job but he takes it. However nothing is what it seems. The drug is supposed to finish what the Talismans started, the body count is rising- and each one is another lycan, and Jeff can't shake the feeling the killer or mastermind is a tiger.
Who's behind this madness and for what reason? Only Fox and his partner Patrick can sort this mess out.
