Sam Hernandez is a boy with big dreams. Some days he has visions of being a professional athlete, and other days he pictures himself as an astronaut flying across the universe. He has authored six children's books that are available in over 70 countries nationwide. Haley Coop is a graphic and illustrative designer from Mississippi. She takes inspiration from themes in entertainment and architecture to craft imagery for herself and fellow collaborators. She is a co-author on "Sam's Six-Minute Schedule for Staying in Shape." Chris Kee is a kinesiologist from Tennessee.
He works with clients with athletic and non-athletic backgrounds to strength their physical skills for personal and professional activities. He is the co-author of "Sam's Six-Minute Schedule for Staying in Shape." Mary Mayden is a nutritionist and health advocate.. She promotes healthier eating habits that can improve the long-term physical and mental development of individuals in their daily lives.
She is a co-author on "Sam's Six-Minute Schedule for Staying in Shape." Trevor Watson is a certified master personal trainer from Colorado. He has enriched and inspired countless clients both young and old to take on healthier dietary and fitness habits to improve their lives for the better.
