While industrial society transformed the means of production, post-industrial society changed the ends of production, that is, culture. In neither case should these societies be defined by the use of a certain technology; it is a mistake to speak, for example, of the "electric motor society" or "computer society."The key to post-industrial society is that "the entire economic system is subject to intervention by society itself." It is a PROGRAMMED SOCIETY, which has the ability to create management models for production, organization, distribution and consumption, which is not related to "natural laws" or certain cultures, but rather depends on society itself.
