THEY WONDER BY WHAT MEANS TO ENRICH A COUNTRY.
Regardless of the diverse points of view that the mercantilists have, they share a common idea about the State, the Nation and power. The rest are organized from certain basic themes. Thus, in the first place are the issues of money, related to wealth, prices, interest rate, exchange rate and balance of payments. A second place is occupied by issues related to population, industry and work.
