After their encounter with the Doc, Jasper decides that it's time he added a new member to the team. Word gets out about a tournament taking place on Noble Isle, where warriors test their strength and fight for a crown. Winners of the crown are granted a singular wish by the government. Intrigued, Jasper and Celestia set out to investigate, only to find something much more captivating than any crown-an opponent who has history with the Mafia and a burning desire for revenge.
