The sequelae of narcissistic abuse are caused by the traumatic bond of betrayal in the post-disposal stage.  In the second part of the book, I indicate the fundamental steps that you must apply to get out of the stormy relationship with a narcissist, overcome the post-traumatic effects, recover your life, be free and finally empower yourself. When you are done reading this book, you will have gained a lifetime of experience in just a few short hours.
