Amy Lyndon is considered Hollywood's premiere celebrity booking coach and creator of the internationally acclaimed, revolutionary book, The Lyndon Technique: The 15 Guideline Map To Booking. She's also a multi award-winning actress and filmmaker and was the COO to Gold-Levin Talent and a personal manager that started Adam Brody's career. Amy has been entertaining the public since the age of ten. Having grown up in New Rochelle, New York, formal training was as easy as jumping on a train.
During her senior year, Amy studied at the Neighborhood Playhouse and went on to England to tackle the prestigious London Academy of Performing Arts. After earning her BFA from Syracuse University, Amy studied comedy at The Groundlings and intense drama training with Stella Adler and Harry Mastrogeorge.
