Andrew Dean is feeling anxious. Following the terrifying call from the mysterious vampire who claimed to live in his neighborhood, Andrew strategizes with his werewolf neighbor Garrett for a plan on what to do. They decide on a Neghborhood Watch, using it as a cover to walk the neighborhood and study it's population. Hitting the pavement, Andrew leans on Garrett's talent for spotting monsters in disguise.
