Résumé

People most likely have a solitary and unique perspective about their 'Being' and the surrounding reality. When it comes to reality, there are a plethora of choices. What do people mean when they say "real"? Perhaps not everything is as real as it appears. People exist in twin realities' in the current here-and-now. This distinct hypothesis can be defined as realities as just something individuals discover in them, which have minimal control over them.
The "I am awake" reality construes to be the first here-and-now reality. Weather upheavals, debts and expenses, annoying neighbors, scrapes and bruises, vehicle repairs, job hazards, television shows, literature, personal computers, food, and beverages are all realities. Then there's the slumber reality, the dream phases or landscapes, which can be frighteningly real. The original theory for why humans dreamed had a lot to do with the necessity for human brains to be filled with sensory input while people were sleeping and secluded from real sensory stimuli.
Experiments have demonstrated that if people are shut off from sensory inputs for an extended period, they will ultimately go insane. Dreams are supposed to be the brain's way to keep itself active while people are sleeping because they cut off from sensory input. That, however, could be accomplished simply by envisioning a random succession of colors, sounds, or smells with no set pattern or coherence.
So, it is always recommended that dreaming should be viewed as yet another manifestation of the human inbuilt desire to tell narratives and envision situations that may or may not be related to people's daily lives.
