Résumé

I am sure everyone at some stage or another in their lives has found themselves staring out into the night and wonder: "Why am I here?" What purpose does my life on earth serve? What exactly is the point! This has been a question that has plagued me, for what feels like, forever. Every time I come up with an answer, it turns out it is an answer that would be based on what I felt others wanted from me - what was expected of me? This is a short read on how I found my purpose.
I have used short clips from my own life to illustrate the process I used. The ideal would be to read a chapter and then make your own notes, as there are twelve easy steps where each answer builds upon the last answer. I do believe everyone has a free will, and if exercised, can lead them to an empowering life of purpose and meaning. Free your Mind and be who you were meant to be on this earth. Side note:If you like the easy, down to earth, writing style of Richard Branson's books - you will enjoy reading this book.
Even though it has a serious name, "Why am I here", it is not filled with a whole lot of scientific explanations, but rather a testimonial of how I actually figured out the answer to that question.

À propos de l'auteur

Biographie de Ursela S. du Preez

I am a thinker and have this obsessive need to prove everything I read to be true or false.  I will read how 'xyz' is supposed to change your life, and will actually go and test out that theory. Why do I do that?  Simply because I got tired of people making statements, and when I asked how they know this to be true, I would get the answer, "Well, they said.."  I would rather make a statement based on what I physically experienced myself. My core interests have to do with balancing the mind, body and soul so amongst other studies, courses and in depth readings, I have been Certified as a NLP Practitioner and Life Coach (Mind), a Certified Health and Nutrition Life Coach (Body) and have done a two year course on Theology (Soul).  My 'calling' was to Lead and Teach. I am currently busy with becoming a certified Life Purpose Life Coach as I do lean towards helping others find their purpose in life. Why so many certifications?  I am building my way to becoming a Master Life Coach. What is my Purpose - Why am I here? - To help others exercise their God Given Free Will of Choice, so that they can go on to live a fulfilling life of meaning - to be liberated and lead a life of purpose, to fulfil their destinies.
