Feed manufacturing in the mediterranean region : recent advances in research and technology (Cahiers Options Méditerranéennes Vol.37 1999)

This publication includes the proceedings of the 2nd conference-show of Mixed-Feed Manufacturers of the Mediterranean and of the workshop on Feed Manufacturing in Aquaculture, organized simultaneously. The conference addresses several important challenges for the current feed manufacturing and animal feeding sectors. The acceptance of products of animal origin was addressed taking into account the importance of genetically modified ingredients in animal nutrition and the new strategies in animal feeding.
