George Clooney

This new title explores the career of George Clooney (b.1949), one of the most celebrated actors of his generation. He has starred in titles as diverse as the Coen Brothers' critically acclaimed O Brother Where Art Thou (2000) ; the blockbuster Ocean's Eleven series (2001, 2004 and 2007) ; Syriana (for which he was awarded an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor, 2005) ; and more recently, the award-winning space drama Gravity (2014).
Other notable achievements in his career include a further two Golden Globe Awards for Best Actor, for his lead role in The Descendants (2011), and O Brother Where Art Thou ? (2000).
