How do we sleep? The same or differently? Do we sleep too much or not enough? Whose sleep is "normal" and whose is "abnormal"? What's an insomniac? How many insomniacs are there? How many people use drugs to help them sleep? And do we sleep differently according to our lifestyle, our age, our social status, our cultural habits, or where we live?
