Across New York an old man called Leo Gursky is trying to survive a little bit longer. He spends his days dreaming of the lost love that sixty years ago in Poland inspired him to write a book. And although he doesn't know it yet, that book also survived: crossing oceans and generations, and changing lives ...

Biographie de Nicole Krauss

Nicole Krauss was born in New York in 1974. Her first novel, Man Walks Into a Room, was short listed for the LA Time Book Award. Her fiction has appeared in the New Yorker, Esquire and Best American Short Stories. The History of Love has been translated into more than twenty-five languages. Nicole Krauss lives in Brooklyn, New York.
